Hydrangea quercifolia Alice (Alice Oakleaf Hydrangea)

It grows to a height of 1.5–2 metres, with large flowers that are initially white and begin blooming in June, later turning pink. Its leaves are shaped like oak leaves and develop a beautiful burgundy-red colour in autumn. It grows well even in poorer soils and prefers a partially shaded location.
